Women -they are a mystery, the centre of creation yet largely underestimated. It is not just who she is by gender, it is who she is as a person. She is capable of being a lot of things in her own way. She is more accepting of her vulnerabilities and emotions, more receptive towards her surroundings and that is what makes her an enigma. She is powerful, but the perception of power is different for her than that of the other sex. She is enriched with power of being brave enough to accept her vulnerabilities, and chooses to grow with it.
What would you call a woman, who chooses to emphasize with others, invest herself emotionally and professionally towards solving a problem, and lead at the same time? Many would call her unfitting for a leadership role; we call her the true leader. The true alpha who chooses to empower others and herself in the process, rather than lead with power, and the stern determination of overlooking the root cause of the problem.
She is an alpha, and that makes her a nurturer, a provider and a leader.

Her power lies in the fact that she is not scared of own shortcomings, she finds the power to carve out own path without succumbing to the traditional notion of an alpha. She is somebody who does not sacrifice her feminity in order to fit into the role. She is powerful enough to make the role fit her needs. The beauty of having a woman as an alpha is that you get to see where the true potential lies. You get a taste of leadership that is not a drill. It teaches you to thrive, and help others grow while you are at it. It disperses its essences filtering through all levels, enriching all elements in a system. It is commonly said that it is lonely at the top, but when a woman, who does not fall prey to the societal norms of leadership takes up the role of being the alpha, she does not feel the loneliness, because hope, empathy, respect and support can be good companions.
An alpha woman is not deterred by the failure in recognition, the under estimation or the ignorance. Her need to be a leader is fuelled by her sense of responsibility for herself her immediate surroundings and the society at large. She leads and enriches at the same time.
She is not somebody that pushes herself to lose her authenticity to fit into a mould, to give up her feminine grace and only to embrace power suits. She is who she is and she finds power in being the most authentic version of herself.
An alpha woman is powerful, she is blazing brand in herself, she leads, directs, guides and achieves while being uniquely herself, graceful and empathetic, kind and authentic. She has been tempered by all the challenges thrown at her by the every sceptical society, battled her own demons and has come out more powerful than ever making her the fittest example of a leader who has been through the rough to know what it takes to make one.
