A graduate of the Global Executive MBA program from the prestigious Indian School of Business (Class of 2019), Rachna brings a strong strategic mindset coupled with hands-on leadership skills. Her experience and expertise have made her a sought-after speaker at colleges, where she mentors and inspires young entrepreneurs, particularly women, to build and scale their own businesses. In addition to her business endeavors, Rachna mentors women on entrepreneurship on a semi-regular basis, helping them achieve financial independence and professional growth. FICCI FLO International Business Delegation – UAE
Thrilled to have been part of the prestigious FICCI FLO International Business Delegation to the UAE, where I had the privilege of meeting key leaders and discussing potential collaborations.
Highlights included engaging meetings with Indian Consulate General K. Kalimuthu, Indian Ambassador Sanjay Sudhir, and UAE Ministry of Economy officials, including Undersecretary HE Abdulla Ahmed Al Saleh, who acknowledged the superior quality of Kolkata’s leather. I proudly shared how Pipabox empowers women by generating employment opportunities.
Additionally, I connected with Sharjah Investment Promotion Authority (SHERA) members, Sharjah Business Council, Emirati Women Business Council, and fellow delegates. This experience has deepened our network and opened doors for future growth.
